Foie Grass.
Very refined and tasty pate. Fits perfectly with sweet white wine (Sauternes),

dried fruit (fig, apricot), compott, jam or a drop of maple syrup.

It is recommended to leave it at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.


Cashew nuts, eco coconut oil,  rice miso, sesame, eco truffle oil,

dryed forest mushrooms, black pepper, nutritional yeast, cognac,

water, eco cocoa butter, himalayan salt.

It can contain traces of almonds, soy.
