2 weeks aged cheeze with sun dried tomato and thyme.

Fresh and Mediterranean flavor, very versatile. Fits perfectly with delicate red wine,

white wine or beer.

Cooking: good and healthy packed lunches, bruschetta, rich pasta sauce,

risotto, ravioli, sandwiches, pizza, etc.
